Madean Gilzene is a dedicated wife and mother to three beautiful children. She is a speaker, mentor, entrepreneur, and founder dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential and walk boldly in their purpose.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Madean's journey is one of resilience, faith, and transformation. At just 23 years old, Madean became one of the youngest Nursing Home Administrators in the country. Over the next 13 years, she successfully led healthcare facilities, managed large teams, and earned multiple quality and performance awards for operational excellence and patient care. Drawing from her extensive leadership experience, Madean eventually transitioned into full-time entrepreneurship. 

 

From overcoming personal adversity and becoming a young mother at 16 to building multiple successful businesses and leading impactful nonprofit initiatives, she has turned life's challenges into a platform for purpose.

As the Founder and President of Extraordinary Kids Foundation, Inc, CEO and owner of Echelon Executive Suites, Aura Studio, Madean has spent years creating spaces where people can grow, connect, and thrive. Her work has impacted thousands of families, entrepreneurs, and leaders throughout South Florida and beyond.
